A mobility hire firm for the whole Costa Blanca, working in English and Dutch, with the prices on the website.
Hiring mobility equipment abroad should be as ordinary as hiring a car: you see the price, you book it, it turns up. On this coast it often is not. That gap is why CostaBlancaScoot exists.
What we hold ourselves to
We hire to people who need it
Benidorm's ordinance sets conditions on who may hire a mobility scooter. We apply them, and we say so on the front page rather than in the small print. It costs us some bookings. It is also why a hotel can recommend us without worrying about what happens next.
The price is on the website
Day, week and month rates, the deposit and what the insurance covers, all on one page. If you have to ring to find out what something costs, the answer is usually not in your favour.
We answer in your language
English and Dutch, on the phone and by email, from people on the coast. Both versions of this site are written separately rather than run through a translator.
One firm, the whole coast
Most hire firms here are tied to one town. We deliver from Denia down to the Orihuela Costa, which matters if you are moving during your stay or staying somewhere with no shop of its own.
Built for the winter as well as the fortnight
A machine used every day from October to March needs servicing and, if it fails, replacing. The month rate is a winter product, not a daily rate multiplied out.
How we write this website
We would rather leave something off this website than put a number on it we cannot stand behind. Where a fact is not settled, you will find it said plainly rather than smoothed over with "approximately" or "from around".
What handover looks like
The driver stays until you have ridden it, and the contract is signed there, not emailed afterwards.
