Scooter Hire in Calpe
Calpe is a town of two flat seafronts with a very large rock in the middle, and that geography decides where a scooter is useful here.
The Penon de Ifach rises straight out of the sea between Calpe's two beaches. Around it, the seafronts are level and easy. The rock itself is a nature reserve reached by a footpath, and no scooter goes up it. Knowing that before you arrive saves a wasted morning.

Where a scooter earns its keep in Calpe
The promenades either side of the old harbour are the reason to hire here: long, paved and level, with the rock in view for most of the way. Behind the seafront the town climbs, and it climbs faster than the map suggests.
Between two other stops
Calpe sits roughly halfway between Altea and Javea, both of which we also serve. If you are moving between them during your stay, say so when you book: we can collect from a different address than we delivered to.

Questions about hiring in Calpe
Can I take a scooter up the Penon de Ifach?
No. The route up is a footpath through a nature reserve, with steps and rough ground. Enjoy it from the seafront instead, which is where the view of it is best anyway.
Is Calpe hilly?
The seafronts are flat. The town behind them is not, and it rises more sharply than you might expect from the beach.
