Folding Scooter Hire on the Costa Blanca

Light enough to lift into a car boot, and simple enough to fold without a manual.

A folding scooter collapses in one movement and goes in the back of a car. It suits visitors who are moving along the coast, taking excursions, or staying somewhere with no room to store a full size machine.

Folding or full size?

Choose a folding scooter if you will be lifting it. Choose one of the two main models if you will be sitting on it all day.

  • Folding suits: car boots, coach trips, apartments with a lift and no store room, and short hops rather than long days.
  • The Donata or Tunder suits: the seafront, all day comfort, rougher pavements and much longer range.

Questions about folding scooters

Will a folding scooter fit in a hire car?

Folded, it is designed to go in a car boot. Whether it fits yours depends on the car. This detail follows shortly. Compare that against your boot before you count on it.

Can I take it on a coach excursion?

Usually, if it folds and the driver has room in the luggage compartment. Ask the excursion company when you book rather than on the morning, and mention the weight.

Can I take it on a flight?

That is a question for your airline, not for us. Airlines have their own rules on battery type and capacity, and they differ. Ask them first and quote the battery figures we give you.

How does it compare with the two main models?

A folding scooter trades range and comfort for weight. If you will be sitting on it all day, the Donata or the Tunder is the better ride.

Tell us how you plan to move it

If we know whether it is going in a car, on a coach or up in a lift, we can bring the right machine.
